Ingredients
- 2 cans (1 lb 13oz.) peach halves or slices
- 1 package toasted coconut cake mix
- 1/2 cup soft butter or margerine
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1 - egg
How To Make coconut peach kuchen

Step 1Set peaches aside to drain well.

Step 2Blend cake mix with butter until it resembles coarse meal.

Step 3Press mixture onto bottom and half way up sides of a ungreased 9x13" pan.

Step 4Bake @ 350° for 10 minutes ; remove from oven and arrange well drained peaches over pastry.

Step 5Combine sugar and cinnamon ; sprinkle over peaches.

Step 6Beat together sour cream and egg ; pour over top and continue baking @ 350° for 30 minutes.

Step 7Serve warm or cold .
