1 lbmochiko (glutinous rice flour)
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 cbutter, melted
3 cwhole milk
1 tspvanilla extract
1 csweet flaked coconut
How to Make coconut ono mochi
- Preheat uven to 350, Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish
- In medium bowl, whisk together the eggs,vanilla, and milk.In a large bowl , stir the rice flour,sugar, and baking powder.Pour wet into dry.stir to blend.
- Mix in melted butter and coconut, Pour in pan.
- bake 1 hour in preheated oven. cool completely . then cut into squares to serve.
