- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup milk (any )
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut rum
- CREAM BUTTER,SUGAR AND EGGS TOGETHER.ADD VANILLE AND COCONUT EXTRACT MIX WELL.COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS IN BOWL.ADD HALF OF IT INTO THE BUTTER MIX.ADD MILK,ONCE MIXED ADD THE OTHER HALF. ADD COCONUT RUM AND FOLD IN SHREEDED COCONUT.PUT IN CUP CAKES HOL
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut rum
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- CREAM BUTTER SMOTH ADD POWDERED SUGAR ALTERNATE WITH RUM AND VANILLA.FROST THE CUP CAKES WHEN THEY ARE COOLED DOWN.
