coconut cream bread pudding

I can't remember where this recipe came from, but, it gets rave reviews every time I make it. The BEST Bread pudding I have ever tasted, and it's so easy to make.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup cream of coconut
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup coconut, flaked
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 large french bread loaf
How To Make coconut cream bread pudding

Step 1Cut bread into 1 inch cubes, and preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Beat cream cheese at low speed until creamy and smooth.

Step 3Add sugar and eggs, beat at medium speed approx. 2 mins or until sugar is dissolved

Step 4Stir in milk, cream of coconut, melted butter, coconut and pecans.

Step 5Stir in bread cubes and let stand 5 mins. to soak up liquid.

Step 6Pour mixture into 13X9 pan, sprayed with cooking spray, and bake 35 mins or until set.
