  • 1 can(s)
    crescent rolls or
  • 1 sheet(s)
    pie pastry, prepared

  • 3 box
    cream cheese (8 oz. box)
  • 1 1/2 c
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2

  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon (to taste)

How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake


  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees
  2. Beat the cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls or pie shell into 9x13 pan. Press and smooth out to cover the bottom of the pan.
  4. Pour and spread the cream cheese mixture over the shell.
  5. Melt butter and drizzle over the cream cheese mixture then mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes. Crust should be golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
