Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake
crescent rolls or
pie pastry, prepared
cream cheese (8 oz. box)
1 - 1 1/2
cinnamon (to taste)
How to Make Cinnamon Sugar Cheesecake
1Preheat over to 350 degrees
2Beat the cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth.
3Unroll the crescent rolls or pie shell into 9x13 pan. Press and smooth out to cover the bottom of the pan.
4Pour and spread the cream cheese mixture over the shell.
5Melt butter and drizzle over the cream cheese mixture then mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
6Bake for 45 minutes. Crust should be golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
