Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls or
  • 1 sheet pie pastry, prepared
  • FILLING
  • 3 boxes cream cheese (8 oz. box)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 - egg
  • TOPPING
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (to taste)

How To Make cinnamon sugar cheesecake

  • Step 1
    Preheat over to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Beat the cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Unroll the crescent rolls or pie shell into 9x13 pan. Press and smooth out to cover the bottom of the pan.
  • Step 4
    Pour and spread the cream cheese mixture over the shell.
  • Step 5
    Melt butter and drizzle over the cream cheese mixture then mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the cheesecake.
  • Step 6
    Bake for 45 minutes. Crust should be golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
