Ingredients
- 1 can crescent rolls or
- 1 sheet pie pastry, prepared
- FILLING
- 3 boxes cream cheese (8 oz. box)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 - egg
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon (to taste)
How To Make cinnamon sugar cheesecake

Step 1Preheat over to 350 degrees

Step 2Beat the cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, vanilla and eggs until smooth.

Step 3Unroll the crescent rolls or pie shell into 9x13 pan. Press and smooth out to cover the bottom of the pan.

Step 4Pour and spread the cream cheese mixture over the shell.

Step 5Melt butter and drizzle over the cream cheese mixture then mix the cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle over the cheesecake.

Step 6Bake for 45 minutes. Crust should be golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
