Cinnamon Cream cheese filling
this would be so good as a filling in pumpkin, carrot or spice cupcakes, as well as an icing for them...also, icing for any of the above as a cake. I would double the recipe and then some for a cake.
- 1 pkg
- cream cheese, 8 ounces, softened
- 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp
- ground cinnamon
- 1/4 c

- 1Mix all the above with an electric mixer until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
