Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup dates, chopped
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup wheat germ
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons coconut

How To Make cinnamon add-a-crunch topping

  • Step 1
    Put all ingredients in a heavy skillet and "toast" 5-7 minutes. Stir constantly, until golden brown. Spread and cool on cookie sheet.
  • Step 2
    Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator up to 3 months.
