- 1/3 cup dates, chopped
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup wheat germ
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts

Step 1Put all ingredients in a heavy skillet and "toast" 5-7 minutes. Stir constantly, until golden brown. Spread and cool on cookie sheet.
