Ingredients
- 2 packages croissant roll dough
- 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 large egg yolk, reserve whites
- 1 cup sugar cinnamon mixture
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1In a greased 9x13, spread one package rolls out. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Step 2Beat egg yolk, 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over first layer.

Step 3Spread out other rolls. Brush whipped egg white on top. Sprinkle with rest of cinnamon sugar.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 30 min or until the croissant topping is golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
