Cinammon Cheese Danish

croissant roll dough
2 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1 large
egg yolk, reserve whites
1 c
sugar cinnamon mixture
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract


1In a greased 9x13, spread one package rolls out. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
2Beat egg yolk, 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over first layer.
3Spread out other rolls. Brush whipped egg white on top. Sprinkle with rest of cinnamon sugar.
4Bake at 350 for 30 min or until the croissant topping is golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
