2 pkg
croissant roll dough
2 pkg
cream cheese, room temperature
1 large
egg yolk, reserve whites
1 c
sugar cinnamon mixture
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Cinammon Cheese Danish

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a greased 9x13, spread one package rolls out. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • 2Beat egg yolk, 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over first layer.
  • 3Spread out other rolls. Brush whipped egg white on top. Sprinkle with rest of cinnamon sugar.
  • 4Bake at 350 for 30 min or until the croissant topping is golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
