Ingredients

  • 2 packages croissant roll dough
  • 2 packages cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 large egg yolk, reserve whites
  • 1 cup sugar cinnamon mixture
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make cinammon cheese danish

  • Step 1
    In a greased 9x13, spread one package rolls out. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Step 2
    Beat egg yolk, 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over first layer.
  • Step 3
    Spread out other rolls. Brush whipped egg white on top. Sprinkle with rest of cinnamon sugar.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 for 30 min or until the croissant topping is golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
