2 pkgcroissant roll dough
2 pkgcream cheese, room temperature
1 largeegg yolk, reserve whites
1 csugar cinnamon mixture
1/2 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Cinammon Cheese Danish
- In a greased 9x13, spread one package rolls out. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Beat egg yolk, 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over first layer.
- Spread out other rolls. Brush whipped egg white on top. Sprinkle with rest of cinnamon sugar.
- Bake at 350 for 30 min or until the croissant topping is golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
