Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    croissant roll dough
  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 large
    egg yolk, reserve whites
  • 1 c
    sugar cinnamon mixture
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Cinammon Cheese Danish

Step-by-Step

  1. In a greased 9x13, spread one package rolls out. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  2. Beat egg yolk, 3/4 cup cinnamon sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth. Spread over first layer.
  3. Spread out other rolls. Brush whipped egg white on top. Sprinkle with rest of cinnamon sugar.
  4. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until the croissant topping is golden brown. Serve warm or cold.
