I used to make this every year at Christmas time when I was a kid. It was a family favourite and when I had children of my own it became my children's go to dessert. Who doesn't like jello?

Ingredients

  • 1 package jello powder mix - any red flavour
  • 1 package jello powder mix - lime flavour
  • 2 boxes graham crackers

How To Make christmas jello cake

  • Step 1
    Prepare jello in seperate bowls according to package directions and let partially set.
  • Step 2
    Line a 9X13 pan (preferably glass or plastic - do not use a metal pan or it will discolour the graham crackers) with a layer of the crackers trimming to fit snuggly together into all corners.
  • Step 3
    Gently pour one of the flavours of partially set jello onto the bottom layer of crackers. Place a second layer of crackers on top and then add the other flavour. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on the top and refrigerate until completely set.
