Ingredients

  • - 2 cups flour
  • - 2 cups suger
  • - 1/2 cups dark baking cocoa
  • - 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • - 1 tsp baking powder
  • - 1 tsp baking soda
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - 1/4 fat free yogurt
  • - 1/4 cup conola oil
  • - 2 tsp vanilla
  • - 2 cups shredded zucchini
  • - confectioners suger,optional

How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350* .Grease a 13x9-in baking pan
  • Step 2
    In a large bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. In another bowl,whisk eggs,yogurt,oil and vanilla until blended. Add to flour mixture, stir in zucchini.
  • Step 3
    Transfer batter to baking pan. Bake 25 - 30 Minutes or until springs back to the touch
  • Step 4
    Cool completely in pan on wire rack. If desired dust powder sugar before serving
