- - 2 cups suger
- - 1/2 cups dark baking cocoa
- - 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- - 1 tsp baking powder
- - 1 tsp baking soda
- - 1 tsp salt
- - 2 large eggs
- - 1/4 fat free yogurt
- - 1/4 cup conola oil
- - 2 tsp vanilla
- - 2 cups shredded zucchini
- - confectioners suger,optional
How To Make chocolate zucchini cake

Step 1Preheat oven 350* .Grease a 13x9-in baking pan

Step 2In a large bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients. In another bowl,whisk eggs,yogurt,oil and vanilla until blended. Add to flour mixture, stir in zucchini.

Step 3Transfer batter to baking pan. Bake 25 - 30 Minutes or until springs back to the touch

Step 4Cool completely in pan on wire rack. If desired dust powder sugar before serving
