My mom always made this dessert in the summer time and it is too die for!

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup all purpose flour
1 package 6 oz. jell-o instant chocolate pudding
1 package 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 - 16 oz. container cool whip
2 cups milk

How To Make chocolate pudding cake

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 350... Melt butter and mix together with flour and walnuts. Dump mixture in a cake pan and press down evenly. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. Set aside to cool....

Step 2

Mix together pudding and milk until pudding forms and place in fridge. In a seperate bowl cream together cream cheese and powder sugar and set aside.
Step 3

Once crust has cooled, slowly spread cream cheese mixture on top, then add pudding on next layer, and last layer the cool whip. Refridgerate or serve!
