Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup nutella
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tablespoon potato starch
How To Make chocolate oatmeal balls (resistant starch)

Step 1Mix everything together well. Should be a stiff dough. If too dry add a little more nutella. Roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate.

Step 2you can add things like chocolate chips, nuts, etc.

Step 3NOTE - I eat these to increase the resistant starch in my diet. The uncooked oats and potato starch are high in it. It's good for gut health.
