I found this recipe and made it for a party. Well, needless to say, it was a hit. It's like a chocolate bubble bath...very indulging and delicious. Don't think about the reprocussions....some inches on these hips were worth it!

Ingredients

  • ·
1 chocolate chip cookie dough (your own or pillsbury)
  • ·
    1 pkg. oreo type cookies
  • ·
    1 prepared brownie mix
  • GLAZE

  • ·
    2 cups powdered sugar
  • ·
3 tablespoons cacoa (special dark cocoa next to regular cocoa)
  • ·
    2 tablespoons butter
  • ·
    1/4 cup milk

How to Make Chocolate Lover's Dessert

Step-by-Step

  1. In greased 9x13: pat chocolate chip cookie dough evenly on bottom. Layer the oreo-type cookies...(oh yeah, that's what I said) evenly on the cookie dough. DON'T CHOP THEM UP,LEAVE THEM WHOLE! Now POUR the brownie mix over the other layers.Even that out. Bake for 45 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.
GLAZE: In saucepan, whisk p.sugar, butter, cacoa and add milk as needed to the consistancy you want for the glaze. Remove from heat and pour over baked dessert when you take it out of the oven. Serve warm with ice cream or take pan into the nearest closet, shut the door and eat until you pass out. Actually, because this is so rich a small piece is all a person needs. Cut it in 24 pieces, like I did for the party, if needed.
