Tried this at a restaurant and they were nice enough to give me the recipe. This is very good hot with vanilla ice cream.

How to Make Chocolate Cobbler

Step-by-Step

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    2. Grease and flour 2 9x12 baking pans
    3. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa.
    4. Add milk and oil.
    5. Divide and pour into pans
    6. Pour hot water over all, and bake for 40 minutes.
  2. 7. Best served hot with ice cream.
