Wonderful combination of fruit and chocolate. Baking them in a brownie pan gives each one a soft center and a crispy edge. Also made them with cherries. Cut the fresh cherries in half.

Makes 10 Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup raspberries

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Grease brownie pan with cooking spray.

Step 3Combine the brown sugar and melted butter.

Step 4Add the egg and vanilla. Stir to combine.

Step 5Add the flour and stir until combined.

Step 6Fold in the chocolate chips and raspberries.

Step 7Spoon into brownie pan.

Step 8Only makes 10 brownies so fill the two empty spots with water.

Step 9Bake 20-23 minutes, until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.
