Wonderful combination of fruit and chocolate. Baking them in a brownie pan gives each one a soft center and a crispy edge. Also made them with cherries. Cut the fresh cherries in half.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup raspberries

How To Make chocolate chip raspberry blondies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Grease brownie pan with cooking spray.
  • Step 3
    Combine the brown sugar and melted butter.
  • Step 4
    Add the egg and vanilla. Stir to combine.
  • Step 5
    Add the flour and stir until combined.
  • Step 6
    Fold in the chocolate chips and raspberries.
  • Step 7
    Spoon into brownie pan.
  • Step 8
    Only makes 10 brownies so fill the two empty spots with water.
  • Step 9
    Bake 20-23 minutes, until edges begin to pull away from sides of pan.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
