This is so quick and yummy! I buy the 8 inch foil pans with lids, and give these as gifts!

Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese, room temperature (8oz each)
1/2 cup sugar
2 - eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tube chocolate chip cookie dough

How To Make chocolate chip cheesecake bars

Step 1

Cut chocolate chip cookie dough in half. With floured fingers press the dough into the bottom of pan.

Step 2

Beat cream cheese, sugar,vanilla and eggs until smooth. Spread over the dough base.
Step 3

Crumble remaining dough in pieces over the top of the cheesecake mixture. BAKE AT 350* for 35-45 minutes. Cool 30 minutes and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
