When we lived in York, we got cheesecake for my birthday. The little restaurant we got it from shared it with me when we left...this is the recipe!

Ingredients
- 2 cups crushed oreos (about 24 cookies)
- 1/4 cup crisco, melted
- 3 - 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounces can eagle sweetened condensed milk
- 3 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 cup miniature chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip cheesecake

Step 1Oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs and shortening, press into bottom of a 9" springform pan. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, and vanilla, then toss in 1/2 c chocolate chips coated with the flour. Stir in well. Pour into springform pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the top. Bake 55 min or until center is set. Cool. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
