Frosting for one 9 X13 cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, salted
- 1/4 cup plus 2 t evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa, special dark
- 1 pound powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make chocolate candy frosting

Step 1For 9 X 13 cake. Prick cake surface with fork, while cake is still warm.

Step 2Combine butter, milk & cocoa in large heavy sauce pan. Bring to boil - stirring constantly.

Step 3Stir in sugar.

Step 4Return to boil - stirring constantly. As soon as it comes to boil, remove from heat.

Step 5Add vanilla - stirring 3 minutes.

Step 6Quickly put on cake.
