Ingredients

1 Tbsp
unflavored gelatin
1/4 c
water
2
squares of baking chocolate
1 c
sugar
1 pinch
salt
1/2 c
hot milk
2 c
heavy cream (whipped)
2 pkg
lady fingers
1 tsp
vanilla

How to Make Chocolate Bavarian Cream

Step-by-Step

  • 1Soak gelatin in water. Melt chocolate in double boiler. When the Choc is melted; Add sugar, salt & hot milk. Blend.
  • 2Add gelatin to the hot mixture. Cool, then beat mixture until spongy & light (about 2 minutes). Add vanilla.
  • 3Fold in whipped cream.
  • 4Line bottom and sides of Spring Form Pan with lady fingers. Pour in Chocolate mixture. Spread to edges & Chill for at least an hour. ENJOY!!
