Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 - squares of baking chocolate
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup hot milk
- 2 cups heavy cream (whipped)
- 2 packages lady fingers
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make chocolate bavarian cream

Step 1Soak gelatin in water. Melt chocolate in double boiler. When the Choc is melted; Add sugar, salt & hot milk. Blend.

Step 2Add gelatin to the hot mixture. Cool, then beat mixture until spongy & light (about 2 minutes). Add vanilla.

Step 3Fold in whipped cream.

Step 4Line bottom and sides of Spring Form Pan with lady fingers. Pour in Chocolate mixture. Spread to edges & Chill for at least an hour. ENJOY!!
