This recipe comes out of an old Jello Cookbook. It tastes like cheesecake but there's no cheese in it. Quick and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 14 - graham crackers, whole
- 1 package jello instant pudding, vanilla flavor (6 serving package)
- 2 cups cold milk (i used skim)
- 1 cup cool whip
- 1 can cherry pie filling
How To Make cherry-topped easier pie

Step 1Line 9" square pan with whole graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary

Step 2Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat slowly with rotary beater until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes

Step 3Fold in 1 cup cool whip

Step 4Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers

Step 5Top with cherry pie filling. Chill 3 hours or more
