This recipe comes out of an old Jello Cookbook. It tastes like cheesecake but there's no cheese in it. Quick and easy to make.

graham crackers, whole
1 pkg
jello instant pudding, vanilla flavor (6 serving package)
2 c
cold milk (i used skim)
1 c
cool whip
1 can(s)
cherry pie filling

How to Make Cherry-Topped Easier Pie


  • 1Line 9" square pan with whole graham crackers, breaking crackers if necessary
  • 2Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat slowly with rotary beater until well blended, about 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes
  • 3Fold in 1 cup cool whip
  • 4Spread half the pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Top with remaining pudding mixture and remaining crackers
  • 5Top with cherry pie filling. Chill 3 hours or more
