How to Make Chef's Honey Bars
- Mix all ingredients and press into a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes till brown. It will rise and then fall when removed from oven.
- Frost with icing while still hot. Cool and cut into small squares.
