This is for the Ninja challenge using: Capt. Crunch - for the crust Feta Cheese - in the crust Hot Sauce - in the chocolate drizzle.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups captain crunch crumbs
  • 4 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 boxes cheesecake, no bake
  • 2 cans evaporated milk, fat free
  • - strawberries
  • 4 ounces dipping chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon lousiana hot sauce
  • - chopped pecans

How To Make cheesecake surprise

  • Step 1
    Make 2 c. of Capt. Crunch crumbs using a food processor. Add feta cheese to crumbs and give a whirl. Melt 1 stick of butter and add to mixture, either in processor or bowl, combine well.
  • Step 2
    Put crumbs mix into springfoam pan, level out, and press down with flat object this firmly packed.
  • Step 3
    Using only the cheese cake mix from both boxes, mix with cold milk as per box directions. Pour into pan, refrigerate until firm.
  • Step 4
    Cut strawberries in half, lay on top of cheesecake.
  • Step 5
    Pop dipping choc. in mircowave per directions, remove, pour into small mixing bowl, add hot sauce, mix well and drizzle over cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped pecans. Refrigerate.
