Ingredients
- 2 - sleeves graham crackers, crushed
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 24 ounces cream cheese
- pinch salt
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint sour cream

Step 1Oven to 375 degrees. Blend graham, butter, flour, cinnamon and 1/2 c sugar and use for bottom and sides of 9" springform. Save some for the top. Bake 5-8 min. Cream together remaining sugar and cream cheese, add remaining ingredients. Pour into pan. Top with crumbs and bake an additional 20-25 min.
