- 1 c
- all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c
- chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c
- granulated sugar
- 1-8oz. pkg
- cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp
- 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp
How to Make Cheesecake Diamonds
- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and brown sugar; add flour and nuts and mix well. Set aside one cup mixture for topping.
Press the remainder in the bottom of a 8x8x2" baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- 2Blend sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add egg, milk,lemon juice & vanilla. Beat well. Spread over the top of the baked crust; sprinkle with the reserved topping.
- 3Return to oven. Bake 25 minutes more.
Cool, then chill. Cut in diamonds.
