Cheese tarts can be frozen, you can top them with cherries or your favorite fruit.

Ingredients

  • 3 packages cream cheese (8 ounces)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 - eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make cheese tarts

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 300 degrees 1. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla beating well. Add eggs one at a time and beating well. Fill cupcakes papers 3/4 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Then: Fill middle with sour cream, sugar, vanilla. Mix by hand with spoon. Spoon on cheese tarts and bake for 5 minutes to set middle.
  • Step 3
    Cool-then refrigerate. Makes 6-6/1 dozen small and 2 dozen large cupcakes.
