Ingredients
- 3 packages cream cheese (8 ounces)
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make cheese tarts

Step 1Preheat oven to 300 degrees 1. Beat cream cheese with a mixer until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla beating well. Add eggs one at a time and beating well. Fill cupcakes papers 3/4 full. Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out for 5 minutes.

Step 2Then: Fill middle with sour cream, sugar, vanilla. Mix by hand with spoon. Spoon on cheese tarts and bake for 5 minutes to set middle.

Step 3Cool-then refrigerate. Makes 6-6/1 dozen small and 2 dozen large cupcakes.
