Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 can(s)
    cherry pie filling
  • 1 can(s)
    lemon pie filling
  • 24
    vanilla wafers
  • 24
    foil baking cups

How to Make Cheese Cake Puffs

Step-by-Step

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla together.
  2. Put one wafer in each baking cup. Then fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
  3. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool and fill 12 cups with cherry filling and 12 cups with lemon filling.

    CHILL till serve time.
