Mom was a great chef, and knew what she wanted to do without leaving many directions for those of us trying to replicate her recipes. I wish I could pick up the phone and call her...many times since she passed away...but somehow, I always smile when I see these old recipes because I think about her.

    mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 c
    chunky peanut butter
  • 1/4 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    oatmeal
  • 1 1/2 c
    bran flakes
  • 1/2 c
    raisins

    Mix marshmallows in heavy saucepan over low heat with butter and peanut butter and add remaining. That is all she wrote.
