How to Make Carmel-Pecan Cobbler
- Pre-heat oven to 350. Melt butter in 9 x 13 dish.
Mix flour, white sugar, vanilla and milk to make batter. Pour over melted butter.....DO NOT STIR. Sprinkle with chopped pecans, Set aside.
Mix brown sugar & hot water. Stir to melt sugar.
Pour this hot mixture over batter & nuts.
Bake for about 30 minutes or til golden brown & bubbly. Can be served warm or cold...We prefer warm. Add Ice cream or whipped cream it desired.
