all purpose flour
(6 oz) chocolate chips
1in bowl, mix together margarine, flour and sugar. press into a 9x9 inch pan and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
2combine, brown sugar, corn syrup, margarine and condensed milk in saucepan. bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. remove from heat and pour over cooled base. refrigerate until set.
3in another saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and margarine over low heat. pour over cooled filling. refrigerate or freeze.
