The secret is to pour over warm cake before you add the powdered sugar

Ingredients For caramel icing

  • 1/4 lb
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 3/4 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make caramel icing

  • 1
    Melt butter and brown sugar in sauce pan. Add milk; Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously. Set aside to cool.

    When cool add sifted powdered sugar and mix well.
