I make this to take to family dinners-it is a favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1` cup braum's caramel topping

How To Make caramel delight

  • Step 1
    Add flour to melted butter,then pecans. mixture will be stiff & wil have to spread into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degree for 20 min. Remove from oven & set aside to completely cool.
  • Step 2
    Soften cream cheese, then add sugar & mix til creamy. Add cool whip & mix well. Spread over cooled crust.
  • Step 3
    Pour caramel topping over cream cheese mixture & use spoon or knife to swirl thru it. Refrigerate & serve. NOTE: This can also be frozen & ready to eat when taken out of freezer!
