My granddaughter, Madison, made this recipe in Home Ec. class and brought it home to share. It is FANTASTIC and SO EASY to make! Her class made this in a double boiler, but I prepared it in the microwave.

Ingredients

32 - caramels
4 - tablespoons milk
2 - vanilla snack pack pudding cups

How To Make caramel apple dip

Step 1

Open caramels and put in a microwave safe bowl.

Step 2

Add 4 Tablespoons milk
Step 3

Heat in microwave 45 seconds. Check and stir. Heat another 45 seconds. Stir. Heat about 30 seconds more. (Microwave time can change because of watts).
Step 4

Remove from microwave and add the vanilla pudding cups.
Step 5

Store in air-tight container. Some prefer to refrigerate, but we don't have it around that long at my house!
