Step 1

Cannoli Filling for 7: 2 c milk 2/3 c sugar 1/4 c cornstarch plus 1 T 1 t vanilla 1 1/2 drops oil of cinnamon 1 1/2 drops amaretto Prepare as per Africano cannoli filing. Must buy oil of cinnamon at the pharmacy.

Step 2

Cannoli Filling for 14: 4 c milk 1 1/3 c sugar 1/2 c cornstarch, plus 2 T 2 t vanilla 3 drops oil of cinnamon 3 drops amaretto Prepare as per Africano cannoli filing. Must buy oil of cinnamon at the pharmacy.
Step 3

Cannoli Filling for 21: 6 c milk 2 c sugar 1 c cornstarch, minus 1 T 3 t vanilla 5 drops oil of cinnamon 5 drops amaretto Prepare as per Africano cannoli filing. Must buy oil of cinnamon at the pharmacy.
