Ingredients
- 1 15oz. - container of polly-o ricotta cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 16 large cannoli shells
How To Make cannoli

Step 1Stir ricotta cheese with confectioners' sugar adding confectioners' sugar only by sitting in it.

Step 2When all mixed, put filling in refrigerator to help make the filling thick.

Step 3Get 1 large ziploc bag and fill with cream. Snip te corner of the bag to squeeze cream in the cannoli shell.

Step 4Sift confectioners' sugar over cannolis.

Step 5Note: If cream is too watery, add a little bit of flour at a time.
