Ingredients
- 3 - rounds ricotta cheese
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons chopped citron
- 10 - candied cherries, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 package pistachio nuts, chopped

Step 1In large bowl with portable mixer, beat cheese 1 min. Add powdered sugar and beat light and creamy. Add chocolate, citron, cherries and cinnamon and beat on low speed until well blended. Refrigerate, covered, until well chilled. Just before serving, with teaspoon or small spatula, fill shells with filling. Garnish ends with nuts and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
