- 2 1/4 cups mascapone cheese
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- pinch salt

Step 1In a large bowl with an electric mixer combine all ingredients except phyllo cups and chocolate chips until creamy. Pipe or spoon filling into cups. Top with mini chocolate chips.
