This is a go to recipe for me when I want something quick, easy, and "fancy." I prefer the vanilla bean paste because it presents a look that impresses and the yields a better flavor. Enjoy!!

Ingredients
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1½ cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips, mini
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 box waffle cones, broken into large pieces
- 1 box vanilla wafers cookies
- 1 box graham crackers sticks
How To Make cannoli dip

Step 1Combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese, with hand mixer until smooth.

Step 2Slowly, add powdered sugar until incorporated with no sugar lumps.

Step 3Add vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract (I used vanilla bean paste because it is visually appealing and taste better)

Step 4Top with mini chocolate chip or cherry pie filling. Serve with cookies and broken waffle cones.
