I got this base recipe from a Companies Coming 4 ingredient cookbook. I then embellished it with butterscotch chips and it was awesome! Chocolate chips work well too! Enjoy!

Ingredients

2 cups biscuit mix
1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
3 large eggs
1/2 cup butterscotch chips

How To Make butterscotch blondies

Step 1

Beat first three ingredients in large bowl for about three minutes until smooth.

Step 2

Add butterscotch ( or chocolate) chips. Stir.
Step 3

Spread in a greased 9X9 inch pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
