Add brown sugar, canola oil, butter, vanilla, and eggs, beat with a mixer on high 2 minutes. Add flour mixture to butterscotch mixture, stirring just until combined. stir in chocolate chips.
3pour batter into a 8-inch square metle baking pan coated with cooking spray. bake for 40 min or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out with clinging. cool in pan . serve
