- 5 tablespoons butter softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips
- 1/3 cup milk

Step 1Combine butter,sugar,and butterscotch chips in saucepan.Stir until melted over medium heat. Add milk and stir until shiny. Spread warm frosting on cooled cake.

Step 2To make a different flavor just substitute the chips with a different flavored chips,like chocolate or Andes mint chocolate chips.
