1DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN!!!!!!!
Prepare Jelly Roll pan with grease and flour or non-stick spray or parchment paper.
2In large bowl, cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs, flour and salt.
3Melt chocolate squares and add to batter, with vanilla and 1-1/4 cup english walnuts.
4Pour batter into prepared pan, bake at 275 for 40 min.
Place bricks of cream cheese in bowl and stir or whip until of spreading consistency. Spread over brownies and chill.
6Melt 6oz. package of chocolate chips and spread over cream cheese. Top with 3/4 cups of english walnuts, lightly tapping to secure into chocolate. Chill. When set, cut into desired size of bars or squares.
