This Brownie Snicker Pavlova is one of my favourite recipes and dessert. Fluffy and cloud like meringue, loads of whip cream, Brownies & Snickers! AMAZING!

Ingredients For brownie snicker pavlova

6 ozegg whites

1 1/4 cgranulated sugar

1/4 cicing sugar

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspwhite vinegar

6 ozbrownies, crumbled

6 ozsnickers, chopped
-
4 cwhipped cream
- WHIPPED CREAM
-
2 cheavy cream
-
1/2 cicing sugar
How To Make brownie snicker pavlova

1Preheat oven to 275 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

2Place egg whites in a stand mixer with wire whisk and whip until soft peaks form. Gradually add in both sugars and then vanilla and vinegar. Increase speed and whip until mixture is free of sugar grit when rubbed between two fingers and the meringue holds stiff and glossy peaks

3Spread meringue into eight inch circles, making sure to create a slight well in the center. Bake meringue for about 60 minutes or until meringue turns a slight shade of cream. Turn off oven and leave door ajar and let meringue cool completely in the oven

4To assemble. Place the first layer of meringue on serving platter and spread whipped cream on top. Sprinkle chopped Snickers and brownies on top. Drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce. Repeat with remaining with meringue layer. Serve immediately

5Whipped Cream: Place beaters and bowl in freezer to chill for at least 10 minutes. Place heavy cream and sugar in chilled bowl and whisk until stiff peaks hold
