brownie mix-black bean brownies
These brownies are quite moist and so delicious! Some of the brownies I used a heart-shaped cookie cutter, and some I cut into squares.

Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup water
- 1 package brownie mix (i used 18.4 oz.) box pillsbury fudge brownie mix)
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
How To Make brownie mix-black bean brownies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan. Set pan aside.

Step 3In a blender, blend together, the black beans and water until smooth. Then pour into a bowl.

Step 4Stir brownie mix into black bean mixture until batter is smooth.

Step 5Now fold in a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. (I used dark chocolate chips.)

Step 6Pour batter into prepared baking pan, then sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of chocolate chips over the batter.

Step 7Place pan in oven and bake for 25 to 27 minutes. (I inserted a wooden toothpick in center of baking pan to see if brownies were done baking.) Mine were done after 27 minutes.
