Always have the brownies but never have the icing. Here's the recipes that will have them iced in no time.

Ingredients For brownie icing

  • 6 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 6 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • ½ c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make brownie icing

  • 1
    Combine butter, milk, and 1 cup sugar in a saucepan; stir to mix.
  • 2
    Bring to a boil and boil for 30 seconds.

    Add chocolate chips; stir until the mixture thickens and slightly cools.
  • 4
    Stir in vanilla.
  • 5
    Spread over cooled brownies then cut into 2½ x 1" bars. Ices 5 dozen brownies.
