I made this about a year ago for a potluck we had at work. Everyone loved it and whenever we decide to do a potluck, I am always asked to bring this.

Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 - eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/3 to 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed
- - favorite ice cream toppings, if desired
How To Make brownie cheesecake

Step 1Mix brownies using the oil, water and eggs according to package. Bake according to directions on package. Let cool completely.

Step 2In mixing bowl mix cream cheese, sugar, sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping.

Step 3When brownie is completely cooled, top with cheesecake mixture. Let set in fridge for a couple to hours to help set up the filling.

Step 4Top with your favorite ice cream toppings if desired,cut in servings and enjoy.
