    block of uncut baked brownies
  • 1 pt
    coffee ice cream
  • FOR COFFEE FLUFF:

  • 2
    egg whites
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    real vanilla
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream,whipped

How to Make Brownie Alaska with Coffee Fluff

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Place parchment paper on baking sheet 1/2" over edges. Place brownie block on prepared baking sheet. Top with ice cream. Set aside.
  2. Make coffee fluff: Using electric mixer on high speed; beat egg whites and salt until frothy throughout. Beat in sugar and coffee a little at a time; beat until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Completely cover ice cream with coffee fluff. Bake about 4 minutes. Top with shaved chocolate and serve.
