Ingredients

  • - block of uncut baked brownies
  • 1 pint coffee ice cream
  • FOR COFFEE FLUFF:
  • 2 - egg whites
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon real vanilla
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream,whipped

How To Make brownie alaska with coffee fluff

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450. Place parchment paper on baking sheet 1/2" over edges. Place brownie block on prepared baking sheet. Top with ice cream. Set aside.
  • Step 2
    Make coffee fluff: Using electric mixer on high speed; beat egg whites and salt until frothy throughout. Beat in sugar and coffee a little at a time; beat until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
  • Step 3
    Completely cover ice cream with coffee fluff. Bake about 4 minutes. Top with shaved chocolate and serve.
