Ingredients
- - block of uncut baked brownies
- 1 pint coffee ice cream
- FOR COFFEE FLUFF:
- 2 - egg whites
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 1/4 teaspoon real vanilla
- 1/4 cup heavy cream,whipped
How To Make brownie alaska with coffee fluff

Step 1Preheat oven to 450. Place parchment paper on baking sheet 1/2" over edges. Place brownie block on prepared baking sheet. Top with ice cream. Set aside.

Step 2Make coffee fluff: Using electric mixer on high speed; beat egg whites and salt until frothy throughout. Beat in sugar and coffee a little at a time; beat until stiff peaks form. Add vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.

Step 3Completely cover ice cream with coffee fluff. Bake about 4 minutes. Top with shaved chocolate and serve.
