Ingredients
- 4 - egg whites
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 pinch salt
How To Make brown sugar meringues

Step 1Preaheat oven to 275F. Line two cookie sheets with baking paper.

Step 2Beat the egg whites, cream of tartar and salt into stiff peaks. Add the brown sugar slowly and beat until the mixture is thick and glossy and the sugar has disolve.

Step 3Spoon into a piping bag and pipe small rossettes,kisses or any other shape you want to make into the cookie sheets. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes. or until pale and dry. For crunchier results turn off the oven and let the meringues cool in the oven.

Step 4This are easy and so delicious. You can melt some chocolate and chop some halzenuts or almonds to dip and cover them in nuts. You can also make little meringue sandwiches with chocolate or vanilla butter cream. Have fun. :)
