This recipe is a wondrous thing..my aunt use to make this brownie recipe and nobody could ever get enough. If you are watching your fat intake forget this recipe. It's between a brownie, fudge, and a cookie! Enjoy

Ingredients
- BROWNIE
- 1 cup - bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup - granulated sugar
- 1/4 c - hershey's cocoa
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 c - vegetable oil
- 1 tsp - vanilla
- FROSTING
- 8 oz. - powdered sugar
- 1/4 c - hersheys cocoa ( or more if you like)
- 2 T - butter or margarine
- 1 T - brewed coffee, add more to get the right consistency
- 1 tsp. - valnilla
How To Make brookies

Step 1to make the brownie, mix Bisquick, sugar and cocoa together add egg, oil, vanilla until blended.

Step 2Spray an 8X8 square baking dish with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan, you will need to spread it evenly as it will have a thick consistency. Bake at 350 for 22 minutes. These brownies will not appear to be done. DO NOT OVER BAKE. You can add another minute or 2 at the most but no more, they will be too hard if you cook them too long.

Step 3For the frosting, sift powdered sugar, add cocoa and softened butter, then coffee and vanilla, add enough coffee to get the right consistency to spread. If you do not like the Mocha flavor you can substitute milk for the coffee...
