Everyone who has tried this dessert loves it's light creamy texture.
It usually goes so fast that I double the recipe when I make it.

Ingredients

  • 2 box
    berry blue jello (use the small 3 oz. boxes)
  • 1 c
    boiling water
  • 1 c
    ice cubes
  • 6 oz
    blueberry yogurt
  • 6 oz
    raspberry yogurt
  • 12 oz
    cool whip

How to Make Blue Moon

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix boiling water in jello until dissolved.
  2. Add ice cubes to jello mixture and stir until melted.
  3. Mix both yogurts and cool whip into your jello mixture and mix with a whisk until blended. Do not use a mixer!
    Refrigerate until well set about 1 1/2 hours.
