These are great and so easy to make. And there are so many different things from candies to chocolate chips to nuts that can be added that make them even better.

  • 2 c
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts, m&ms, chocolate chips or whatever else you like

How to Make Blonde Brownies


  1. Grease a 13X9 baking dish
  2. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. In large bowl combine butter and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and stir until combined
  4. Stir dry ingredients into wet and add the nuts or whatever else you want to put in.
  5. Spread in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
  6. Cut into bars while still warm. *Important to do this or else for some reason they come out too hard, not soft like they should be
